Welcome to Fix in thirty, a company dedicated to the new build sector. We are a family run business with over thirty years experience in construction working on site , We are now providing a 5 star service to all purchasers of new build homes. All of our site staff and office staff have a working background in house building and have been appraised and trained by our NHBC award winning managing Director,. This is how we best guarantee a first class service with every inspection.
What we do
We undertake a comprehensive defects report on your behalf to ensure that your builder has constructed your new home to the highest standard, The purpose of the report is to highlight any defects that may affect the integrity of your new home. we then format the report into a word document with a detailed description with photos and a sequence of works to get the defects rectified . All our customer needs to do is to hand over a copy of the document adding your available times and dates. New legislation states that new home buyers have the right to employ an independent inspector to snag their home at least one week prior to moving in, if defects are found the builder must repair/ address them within 30 days, no matter how minor the defect, If not , you the customer could be entitled to compensation.
